MEET TEAM HUBER
Huber & Associates was established in 1986 by electrical engineers, Jim and Elizabeth Huber. As a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certified nationally and by the state of Missouri, the company has grown from a home-based business to a thriving IT company. Moving into its second generation of Hubers with their son, Michael, joining and learning all aspects of the business, Team Huber now has over 130 employees serving clients across industries including, manufacturing, healthcare, government, financial, education, distribution, and retail.
Our growth and success are a direct result of our strong core values of integrity, service, excellence, teamwork, accountability, and fun. These core values determine who we are, the value we offer, and the service you receive as a client, employee, or partner. Keeping these core values has also helped us develop long-term relationships. Over the last several decades, almost all our initial clients are still partnering with us today. This long tenure is true for our staff as well, with one-third of our employees having been with us for over ten years.
Huber & Associates partners with leading hardware and software vendors. We carefully select vendors who align with our core values and core traits, and we use those relationships to create excellent end products for our clients. We have been an IBM Business Partner since the very beginning, and we also partner with other leading technology providers such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Lenovo and many more to deliver top-notch enterprise IT solutions.
For over 35 years, we have been solving customers’ problems by developing solid IT solutions with state-of-the-art technology. Any IT provider can order software licenses or reset your printer, but it takes a true partner to help you meet your business goals. We use technology to help our customers solve business problems, become more productive and save money!

Jim and Elizabeth Huber, the founders of Huber & Associates, lead by example when it comes to charitable giving. They have a strong commitment to supporting causes that are important to both the company and its employees. Their generosity extends to numerous local schools, the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Samaritan Center, local churches, community theater programs, the American Heart Association, the March of Dimes, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Red Cross, among others.
Reflecting our core value of service, Huber & Associates proudly serves as a United Way Pace Setter and maintains a longstanding partnership with the Salvation Army. As part of our commitment, we have established an employee committee that seeks out and handles service opportunities such as organizing a monthly dinner for the Salvation Army. This special event, entirely donated, prepared, and served by Huber employees, is accompanied by games, gifts, and an atmosphere of camaraderie.
Our ultimate purpose is to have a hero’s impact on our clients, our community, and our co-workers. To achieve our purpose, we actively sponsor various local civic events and encourage our employees to engage with causes and service opportunities that hold personal significance to them.
