Huber & Associates Announces Strategic Leadership Changes
Huber & Associates is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Huber to Chief Operating Officer and to welcome Jesse Haller as our new Chief Revenue Officer.
Michael Huber has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri, and has been an integral part of Team Huber since his birth! He has spent the ten years since his college graduation gaining expertise and experience to prepare him for his new role. Michael has worked for Fortune 1000 companies in the Kansas City area in IT positions as a professional services consultant, business analyst, and cloud systems analyst. In the last several years at Huber & Associates, he has been the Director of Business Development and, most recently, the Director of Sales.
To his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Michael will bring his leadership skills, his engineering background, and his deep commitment to the success of the company, its clients, and its employees.
Joining the Huber & Associates leadership team is Jesse Haller, an entrepreneurial executive with a stellar 20-year track record in advancing growth and profitability for leading IT companies. Jesse’s experience spans scaling organizations from startups to those generating $33 billion in revenue. His success in managing operations, creating business units, developing sales and marketing strategies, building high-performing teams, and leading business initiatives in North America and Europe makes him a valuable addition to the company.
Jesse is recognized for his ability to align client needs with optimal solution offerings using superior consultative selling and negotiation skills. His extensive experience will play a pivotal role in steering Huber & Associates towards new heights.
